The police executed a search warrant at the Triple C Baths in connection to their on-going investigation of former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan.

Sullivan was arrested for allegedly exchanging meth for sex with men. One of those alleged men, Sean Moss, used to work at the Triple C. Several patrons of the bathhouse have come forward claiming Sullivan was a regular at the Triple C. Later on Sullivan recommended Moss for a job as a security guard for the Cherry Creek School District. Moss died earlier this year with methamphetamine and date rape drug in his system.

The owner of the Triple C said the search was related to the Sullivan case as investigators were looking for records about Sullivan and any surveillance video that may exist. Unfortunately for the police surveillance is only monitored and not recorded at the Triple C.

Irony among ironies as Rudolf Nureyev was known to be a patron of the baths worldwide. It seems that wherever in the world he went, he would always check out the nearest bathhouse.

In this video he is asked to participate in a skit, clad in nothing but a towel, with Miss Piggy in a Sauna! They even sing ‘Baby, It’s Cold Outside’ no less!

One could only imagine what went through Nureyev’s mind when he was told of the skit idea. See for yourself at the video below.

On a recent episode of the Showtime series Homeland, a recent scene took place in a D.C. bathhouse. But we hardly saw anything!

A Saudi diplomat was secretly filmed entering a Washington, DC bathhouse. The filming continued inside, recording all the naughty stuff this diplomat did while at the baths.

As mentioned in an earlier posting, filmmaker Malcolm Ingram is preparing a documentary on the famed Continental Baths in New York.

There is one person he would love to have interviewed for the film, and that is Bette Midler aka Bathhouse Bette.

Malcolm Ingram has offered Bette Midler’s favorite charity, New York Restoration Project, a $5,000.00 donation if she would agree to be interviewed for the documentary.

Fellow filmmaker Kevin Smith upped the ante, sweetening the donation by offering an additional $1,000 to Ingram’s $5,000.00.

No word yet if Ms. Midler has agreed to be interviewed.

A new movie opened last Friday in select cities. Shame is about one man’s journey as a sex addict in New York City

Michael Fassbender plays Brandon, a heterosexual male who is addicted to sex. He just cannot get enough.

At one point in the film he goes to a gay bathhouse just to get laid.

Fassbender tells Time Out Chicago about shooting the gay bathhouse scene.

It doesn’t become about homosexuality or heterosexuality, it becomes about a fix, and where can I get my fix? People think, Wow, this is his descent into hell, and it’s not the case. I mean, we shot in a real club. That is a real scenario for many addicts that are predominantly heterosexual and they end up with a guy. You put yourself into a scenario that you wouldn’t do in a normal situation because your choice is gone.

Michael Musto recently particpated in a photo shoot for Next magazine . The theme was “What’s your worst gay nightmare?”, with readers submitting their worst nightmares come true.

One such reader wrote how he went to the gay baths and discovers his uncle there in flagrante.

So Musto played the uncle in this photo shoot, with various models playing the nephews and other patrons looking on.

As Musto says, “It’s enough to make you cry Uncle!”

Unfortunately it was a straight bathhouse. They do exist as a place for guys (or gals) to relax, unwind and just chill out. Just like a gay bathhouse, but without any sex or cruising.

Apparently organizers of Elit by Stoli’s male-only gathering had taken over the 10th Street baths, for an all-male pow-wow. Jake apparently crashed the party, but it seemed the other guys didn’t seem to mind.
